Guest Access & House Rules

Standard Times: Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM.
Early/Late Requests: We always do our best to accommodate earlier check-ins or later check-outs.
Confirmation Window: It is unlikely that we can confirm these requests at the time of your booking, but we will look at the schedule and notify you within 30 days of your stay.

Overnight Guests: The total number of people in the Guest’s Party consists strictly of the number of occupants confirmed in the accompanying reservation details.
Daytime Visitors: Guests may have up to 4 visitors (“Guest’s Visitors”) who may be on the Property during the day.
Quiet Hours / Overnight Constraints: Visitors are not permitted to be present on the property from 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM.

Full Property Access: Guests have full use of the home, yard, private dock, and boat ramp.
Owner-Only Areas: The garage (owner's closet) and the exterior yard shed are locked and strictly reserved for owner use.

Keep It Controlled: Please keep all fires in the fire circle to a manageable, controlled size.
Never Unattended: Fires must never be left unattended under any circumstances.
Extinguish Fully: Ensure the fire is completely extinguished with water before going inside or leaving the property.
Emergency Hose: A dedicated water hose is located nearby for your convenience and safety in case of an emergency.

At Your Own Risk: Use of the lake, private dock, and boat ramp is strictly at your own risk.
Life Jackets: Life jackets must be worn by anyone using kayaks.
Caution on Diving from Dock: Diving is done entirely at your own risk. Please note that lake levels fluctuate significantly depending on the season, with depths off the dock ranging anywhere from 9 feet down to 4.5 feet. Never dive without verifying the current depth first, and always enter feet-first if you are unsure.
Supervision: Children must be supervised by an adult at all times when near the waterfront or on the dock.

Quiet Hours: Please respect our neighbors and observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
No Pets Allowed: To keep our home allergen-free, we maintain a strict no-pet policy.
No Parties or Events: Our home is located in a quiet lake community. Please respect our neighbors.
No Smoking: Smoking or vaping of any kind is strictly prohibited inside the home.
