Designed specifically for multi-generational families, close friends, and competitive tournament anglers, RelaxInn combines classic lakeside convenience with all the comforts of home. Our 4-bedroom, 3-full bathroom layout offers ample space to spread out indoors, while our private backyard amenities put you directly on the water.

The Space & Layout
Inside, you will find an open-concept Great Room featuring two comfortable couches and two recliners (seating for 8 around the TV), a dining table that comfortably seats 10, and an integrated Sonos surround sound system with a 75” TV. Down the hall, a separate Game Room features a 65” TV and a shuffleboard table—perfect for rainy days or evening unwinding. For those who need to stay connected, a dedicated workspace is fully equipped with high-speed fiber internet, dual monitors, and a printer.

Waterfront Features
RelaxInn features a private boat ramp and a private dock, equipped with electricity for overnight boat charging.  The dock is set up with chairs - perfect for relaxing with your morning coffee or catching a front-row sunset view. We provide basic fishing equipment and complimentary kayaks (4 adult / 2 child). We are just a short boat ride down the cove, or a 10-minute drive to Dreher Island State Park.

Outdoor Living & Dining
Lakeside dining is effortless here. Enjoy a fully stocked kitchen packed with specialized gadgets (Air Fryer, Ninja blender, alongside a dedicated coffee bar featuring a Keurig and traditional drip coffee maker. We also provide an additional small refrigerator for extra food and drink storage. When it's time to eat, choose between the indoor table for 10, the 16'x20' screened-in porch (seats 10), or on the open deck (seats 6) next to the Weber gas grill (propane provided). Afterward, rinse off in the outdoor shower, soak in the hot tub, or gather around the firepit to watch the sunset over Lake Murray.

• Note on Capacity: Per county rules, we accommodate a maximum of 2 people per bedroom (8 adults total). Children age 5 and under are not counted toward this total, allowing the home to comfortably sleep 8–10 depending on your group's mix. Closets and furniture storage are provided in each room along with high-quality linens, plush shower towels, and beach towels.
